I am mom to 3-year old, Simone Isabella, and infant, Grant Alexander. As a mother of two, I have goo goobs to share. My little ones — the true loves of my life — have turned my world upside down. I’ve been to hell and back already and I’m only three years in. One minute I’m soaring, the next just trying to keep my head above water. That’s motherhood, right? And I LOVE IT!!!
I started this blog because I need a place to let loose. I need to say what’s on my mind and I need to say it to people who get it. Motherhood is rewarding, but let me keep it real, it’s also H A R D. I don’t profess to be perfect. I don’t profess to be an “expert” on mommy hood. But I am a mother and that alone gives me a free pass to say any and everything I want about being a mother. I’m sure I’ve said the wrong thing or two. I’ve probably even pissed off a person or two (maybe three) with my fierce Momma Bear attitude (Don’t mess with my kids!), but I can admit when I’m wrong. I truly believe that each day is a new opportunity to live, laugh, love, learn and be the absolute best mommy. So fellow mommies or mommies-to-be, stop by often.
